YOUR MEASUREMENTS MATTER.
SticKeys products are created based on the keyboard information and measurements provided by the customer. Thousands of piano and keyboard models have been produced, with dimensions that may vary even among instruments with the same number of keys. Because it is not possible for SticKeys to independently collect and verify the dimensions of every model, the model name alone cannot guarantee a proper fit. Your order will be made according to the measurements you provide.
Before placing your order, you are responsible for carefully verifying all measurements, model information, key counts, and other requested details. The exact model name must be provided so SticKeys can check whether it matches the selected number of keys.
In plain English: There are way too many keyboards for us to measure them all, so your SticKeys are made using the measurements you provide. Please double-check everything!
WE'LL DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER.
After checkout, SticKeys will perform a brief review to determine whether the model name and selected key count appear to match. This review is provided as an additional precaution because customers sometimes select the wrong key count by mistake; however, it does not replace the customer’s responsibility to submit accurate information.
If a possible error or inconsistency is found, SticKeys will contact you for confirmation and may request a photograph of your keyboard or model information before production begins. Your order may be placed on hold until the correct information is confirmed. If the model name is missing or inaccurate, SticKeys may be unable to verify your selected key count.
In plain English: We’ll double-check that your model and key count seem to match. If something looks off, we’ll contact you and may ask for a photo—just to prevent a keyboard fashion disaster.
INCORRECT INFORMATION & REMAKES.
If a customer-related error—such as incorrect measurements, an inaccurate or incomplete model name, or the wrong key count—causes the product not to fit, SticKeys will not be responsible for the fit issue. These orders will not qualify for a refund or free replacement. At our discretion, SticKeys may offer a discounted remake, but additional product and shipping charges may apply.
In plain English: If your information was wrong, we can’t offer a refund or free replacement, but we may offer a discounted remake.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU.
If the information you provided was accurate but your order was produced incorrectly due to an error by SticKeys, please contact us with photographs and relevant measurements. Once the error has been verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate correction or replacement.
